Are You Ready to Shift into Position?
Oftentimes the shifts we need come at times when we may feel least ready. Are you in a place of readiness for a shift that may be upon you?
A few quick keys that may help you GET positioned:
- Allow yourself to feel the energy of the shifting sands. Perhaps you aren’t necessarily allowing yourself to feel good or even okay about certain areas of unpreparedness, unwillingness, resistance or unbelief. Shift anyway. Those areas will come into alignment as you allow yourself to FEEL the energy of what is at hand. The added knowledge, clarified perspective and willingness will align. Your growth, your personal success always moves YOU when you feel all of the components involved, gain the inner and outer perspective of your situation.
- Trust the process of SHIFTING. Whether you are positioning yourself for a new business forefront, preparing to leave an unhealthy relationship, diving into a new field of study, or embarking on a joyful new venture there are natural occurrences of feelings, thoughts, actions and choices that will flow together as all that you need for the shift falls into place. Making definitive choices, taking necessary action, affirming your steps – all fall into place as you POSITION and TRUST the shift.
- Know that as your goal, intention, direction is ruddered by continuity of purpose, making choices from ‘inner-knowing to outer-action’ there will be an ease and a natural sense of flowing — with, in and through the SHIFT. You will begin to trust the shift and transition – embracing ALL of the components.
- When you begin the shift you can expect some upheaval. When you move, it upsets the status quo. Knowing this ahead of time, having the support you need to discuss and help interpret the shift will be a God-send.
Learning to trust God and trust yourself to shift and be positioned becomes a divine place of empowerment. Learning to trust others, those valued confidantes that are in your circle of influence already may be a valuable asset through the process. Oftentimes NEW advisors, mentors and coaches appear exactly at the juncture you need them, affording you keen insight, needed support and a fresh perspective.
Trust that new, purposeful mentors will be ushered in right on queue, and come alongside you, helping you get positioned and ready to SHIFT.
Remember, shifting is a powerful time of empowerment, provision and placement!
On this last day of 2012, my encouragement?
Allow yourself to feel and embrace the shift, trust God and yourself, knowing that you will be empowered to succeed. Get the advisement, help and support you need to ease on through!

You are the Best Gift Ever
There are gifts. Then there are GIFTS!!
When you can embrace that YOU are the BEST GIFT EVER the floodgates of purpose, passion and promise will SWING WIDE OPEN!
You are the answer to someone’s prayer, the divine dreamweaver they have been seeking, the coach, the confidante, the encourager they need.
My encouragement for today — on purpose make note of the times that YOU are the BEST GIFT EVER to someone else. It might be the genuine compliment to a coworker, a positive uplifting encouragement to someone who’s struggling through a tough family matter, the harried clerk at the Post Office. The joyful response to someone’s befuddling Facebook post. The call to the friend you KNOW is hurting.
JUST TODAY make note of the times you notice yourself standing, owning and walking in your gifting. Trust that as we walk in the stature of BRILLIANCE! we become the gift to others flowing securely in the Divine nature we were lovingly created to embrace and then willing, on purpose, share.
We start seeing that we are the BEST GIFT EVER. Watch the power of reciprocation click into action.
For those who struggle with this concept, let God show you someone, TODAY, who will benefit from the beautiful gift called YOU. You’ll stand taller, walk with confidence and embrace the inner smile that is wonderfully emerging.

December Do-Over
Here’s today’s ‘thought-provoker’ and word of encouragement. As I pondered, coached and collaborated this month…this theme kept rising to the surface: ‘The December Do-Over’ ! In fact, it’s my personal journal title this month!
If you gave yourself permission in just one area for a ‘DECEMBER DO-OVER, what would it be? Would it be about entertaining and family time during the holidays, your business goals for next year, cultivating new friendships, decluttering your home, putting the kibosh on negative relationships, make affirming ‘yes or no’ decisions followed by definitive action. What would you purpose to DO OVER this December?
Will you give yourself permission THIS MONTH to create your own DECEMBER DO-over? By committing to your specifically chosen DO OVER and following through with the required action, you empower yourself, create space for fun new things and affirm your ability to change and flow.
